  • Rider University Broncs Head Coach 2023–2024 – Named Northeast Conference Coach of the Year. Led Rider to the No. 2 seed in the 2024 NEC Tournament. Coached NEC Offensive Player and Rookie of the Year, NEC Midfielder of the Year, and multiple All-NEC selections.

    • Long Island University Sharks Assistant Coach 2021–2023 – Helped LIU reach the NEC Championship Game in 2021. Coached five All-NEC players.

    • Central Michigan Chippewas Graduate Assistant Coach 2019–2020 – Assisted in all aspects of the program and contributed to three NFHCA Scholars of Distinction honors.

  • Four-year starter for the Rider University Broncs field hockey program. Member of three consecutive NEC Championship teams (2010, 2011, 2012) and helped Rider earn three NCAA Tournament appearances. Teams compiled a 63–19 overall record during her four seasons.

  • Three-time All-NEC selection, including Second Team All-NEC as a sophomore and junior, and First Team All-MAAC as a senior. Scored the game-winning goal in the 2010 NEC Championship vs. Monmouth Hawks, sending Rider to the NCAA Tournament. Two-time NEC Rookie of the Week as a freshman. Selected for the Pennsylvania High Performance Training Squad trials through USA Field Hockey in 2013—the first Rider player ever invited. Named to the NFHCA Academic Honor Roll through the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.

  • Prior to Rider, Alicia was a four-year letterwinner at Cardinal O’Hara High School. She earned First Team All–Catholic League, First Team All–Delco, and Second Team All–Southeastern Pennsylvania honors, was named Team MVP, and graduated as the program’s all-time leading goal scorer, leading Delaware County in scoring. She was also a three-year lacrosse letterwinner, earning Honorable Mention All–Catholic League, and was a member of the National Honor Society.
